TRAIL WORK ON SAT, APRIL 21

Our friends at DEC, Ranger Joe Hess and Forester Mike Mulligan, have flagged an approved rerouting of the TCT around the pickup mess in the Rounds Mtn area. Now it's up to us the clear the foot path along this flagged route.

Parking on Madden Road is very limited so car pooling is a MUST. Trails chair Colin Campbell suggests meeting at the Rt 4 & 43 Park & Ride (sw corner) at 9 a.m. Contact Colin, 438-9629 or holesinhead@aol.com to let him know you are coming and/or to arrange an alternate meeting place if you live closer to the trail than the Park & Ride.

This will NOT be a one-day job; if you can't make this Saturday, April 21, you can schedule yourself and friends for the following Saturday(s). There will be a lot to do over approximately 3/4 mile or so of woods. Remember the E2E is May 12!
